Cleaning Your Enamel Cast Iron
u Allow cookware to cool before washing.
u Hand wash with warm soapy water to preserve the cookware’s original appearance.
u Dry the cookware immediately.
u Only use plastic or nylon scouring pads to avoid damaging the enamel.
u For persistent stains, soak interior of the cookware for 2 to 3 hours
u To remove any baked on food residue, boil a mixture of 1 cup water and 2 tablespoons baking soda in the cookware.
u Do not up side down the lid on the pot, that means the enamel coating can not touch each other directly, that will cause scratch on surface.
